How the program is allocated

Its own quota for every country

Noxydrive does not use a single global limit — every market has its own Country Founding Vehicle Target, set individually based on market size and current inventory.

Once a country's quota is reached, standard new Founding offers in that country may be closed — but the program continues in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, the United States, and any other country that hasn't yet reached its limit. Dealers already admitted keep their terms in full — closing the quota does not shorten or cancel a previously granted free period.

The only permitted price change

Indexation — official CPI-U only

The Founding Price may be adjusted no more than once in any 12-month period, and only in line with the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

When is the best time to confirm

The Founding Paid Plan can be confirmed at any time

A Grace Period begins the moment you confirm — 10 days for your first payment. The paid period begins right after payment.

Important: remaining free months do not carry over. The paid period under the Founding Paid Plan begins right when payment is made — the unused portion of the free period is not preserved or compensated. In the example above, the dealer loses the remaining ~7 months of free usage by confirming the switch in March instead of at the end of September.

If you want to use the entire granted free period in full — confirm your move to the Founding Paid Plan closer to its end. The Founding Discount (50%) and Founding Price Protection are locked at the price in effect at the moment of confirmation — regardless of exactly when during the free period you do this.

Noxydrive evaluates the real marketplace value of your inventory: photo quality, price accuracy, update frequency, and timely removal of sold vehicles. The status is intended for genuine professional partners, not for briefly uploading stale listings just to gain the free period.
